SUSAN SLY'S AMAZING 30-DAY PLAN!!

General:
** Daily Water Consumption: Consume ½ oz. to 1 oz. of good filtered water per pound of DESIRED body weight. John Anderson suggest's filtered water by "Reverse Osmosis" (check out the label on the bottles) Your body requires water to FLUSH out your body.

** 7-8 hours of good quality sleep: When your body is at rest, it creates "growth hormone" that is essential in releasing body fat. Studies also show that good quality rest increases mental sharpness - more energy - secrete's more growth hormone.


Isaflush is taken at bedtime as needed but definitely on Day 1.
Take Ionix Supreme – 2 oz per day 1 am 1 pm for all 7 days.
Take IsaCal daily before bedtime.
Herbal teas can be consumed in lieu of water.
Take 2 accelerators daily – 1 in am; 1 during afternoon.
Take 6 snacks daily if required but definitely on the Cleanse Day
Healthy Greens and IsaFruits are consumed alone or with the Isalean Shakes
Exercise daily though it may be a lighter workout on Day one.
Take 6 sprays of Isamune throughout the day
optional: Body temperature is taken the first thing in the morning on days 3 and 6. This is done to assess whether the body is burning fat at rest. According to many alternative health practitioners and those in bodybuilding community, this is an easy way to detect a sluggish metabolism. The temperature should be higher than 96-97 degrees F.

Lunch/ meals should be a protein such as chicken, fish, tofu, egg whites, lean beef, game meat, tempeh, or seafood; vegetables (all sorts); and when a starch is allowed( at lunches) it can be rice, sweet potato, baked potato, 1 piece of whole gain bread, brown rice or spelt pasta, whole grains. Choose to eat organic foods as much as possible.





Day 1 (Low Cal Day)

CLEANSE

Take Want More Energy on cleanse day to keep mineral levels up. DRINK your water!!!

NO COFFEE: It will ruin your cleanse day

TRICK: Take 1 natural accelerator early in the morning - then go on a 20 minute power walk. It accelerates your metabolism! (DON'T take accelerator with Ionix). 1 more accelerator in the p.m.

IsaFruits & Healthy Greens is OKAY to take on cleanse days as well.

Take minimum 6 snacks spread between cleanse drinks - Susan also suggest's eating a few "raw" organic almonds as well as your snacks, is okay.

Herbal tea's are okay - Caffeine free (Herbal mint tea is good for your "tummy").

Take 2 Isaflush at bedtime.

Take 1 oz of Ionix Supreme in morning and 1 oz in afternoon or before bedtime

**SECRET WEAPON: Take IsaCal before bed. Promotes peaceful rest.

6 sprays of Isamune throughout the day.



Day 2 (Med Cal Day) 2 Shakes 1 Meal
Daily Water Consumption: Day 2, Consume ½ oz. to 1 oz. of good filtered water per pound of DESIRED body weight.

In the morning on an empty stomach, 20-40 minutes of cardio with only 1 accelerator cap,

Take 1 oz of Ionix Supreme in morning and 1 oz in afternoon or before bedtime
About 15-20min after Ionix have a Shake (1/1/1)

1 scoop Isalean Shake, 1 scoop IsaPro, 1 Scoop of IsaFruits 1 Scoop Healthy Greens and 1 Scoop IsaFuel
Consume your vitamins for the day

Snacks/Almonds/IsaLean bar (cut in small pieces throughout the day)in between shakes/meals (Susan suggest's to eat every 2 hours - shakes, meals, or snacks)

Lunch/Meal (protein, vegetables, starch - small baked potato - brown rice - sweet potato)
Between 2-4 p.m. have 2nd accelerator

Supper – Consume Shake (1/1/1) per morning contents.
Take IsaCal before bed.

Take Isaflush as needed.



Day 3 (High Cal Day) 2 Shakes 2 Meals
Daily Water Consumption: Day 3, Consume ½ oz. to 1 oz. of good filtered water per pound of DESIRED body weight.
Take temperature first thing in the morning.
In the morning on an empty stomach 20-40 minutes of cardio with only 1 accelerator cap,

Day 6 (High Cal Day) 2 Shakes 1 "Cheat Meal!"

Dinner - Cheat Meal (EAT WHATEVER YOU’D LIKE) very important - don't skip it! Studies have shown that by increasing your calorie intake 1 day a week actually elevates your metabolism! Go ahead..........EAT! ;-)

Day 7 (Med Cal Day) 2 Shakes 1 Meal
Daily Water Consumption: Day 7, Consume ½ oz. to 1 oz. of good filtered water per pound of DESIRED body weight.

Repeat Cycle
People can stay on the plan as long as they like.

**Key to succes: Keep an eating/training log. Nutritional cycles tend to fall 24-36 hours after you have consumed those chips....you will be able to see exactly what you are eating and how your body is reacting by keeping a journal.

When you look at other people who are in great shape just remember:

"You don't know their story - you only see the glory".....don't give up - EVERYONE is working at their health....focus on being YOUR best - cycle the calories - drink your water - get your rest....YOU CAN DO IT!!! ;-)
